Kos said in January 2010, in 2 weeks or so TINCOM will be signed up. I think thats more important.
They made it to stage 2 and i said well done! so good on me.
But TINCOM can still pull out!!!!

yes and i dont think you can get coal out the valley, EVEN KOS SAYS THEY NEED GOV assistance!!!!
