Open the PDF and look for figs 5,7,8,10 this depicts a round with two projectiles in it, and I believe this is mach 5/50 technology, just look at who some of the people accredited with the invention, that bloke named Vinod Puri from Redwood Park is the head technical person at the DSTO, perhaps you also need to look here as well and look at what they said about mach 5/50?

The DSTO tested the mach 5/50 prototype rounds up to 60mm, I reckon they also tested smaller stuff, and they said the minimum muzzle velocity was 1600 meters a second, note this was metres and it was also the MIN not the MAX, so who know what the higest velocity was?
