Wouldnt hold your breath on that KittyBB.
Pos jobs report in US will see it up today IMO.
Interest rate pressure overseas will keep it up well above your target.
As rates do go up putting downlward pressure on teh stock market generally QBE will be a safe and appreciating haven .
Good hedge going forward IMO
