I'm thinking that MEL is just about to announce a JV and/or a gas take off agreement. This will boast our little dog. (My take on the rushed pilot well) Once the dust settles with MEL, and along with a good boast to our share price, then "they" will be looking at our 1tcf.
Once again, just an educated guess give pieces of info.
