    Well who are these high wealth local individuals willing to stump up the $2,187,000, very odd number don't you think. Well that should cover this quarters outgoings (salaries), just! More bull dust to muddy the waters. All this negotiation has been going on for months for $2mill woo hoo... I am excited... NOT. This is just a farce IMHO just enough to keep the watch dogs away from the door.
