re: a brief history for those interested... Pushing the envelope t4p,
you have absolutely no idea what the opex will be on any future production(neither do I!).
But if LEG's cost per ounce were A$500 last year-the equivalent is now more than $600 (thanks to power/chemicals/labour cost increases!)
The MD is still the same .
They really do need to double the through put to near enough 100,000 ounces to get some economies of scale to claw back some of the increases.
The Australian gold industry is not very profitable at the moment.
