Sticking to my prediction that this "boom" date will be early July due to financial year rolling over. My guess the 4th July 2011 - Just seems like a good date to sign a sale of a business contract if you main intention is to defer a capital gains tax bill for 12 momths. Also, 4th July is a Monday. I welcome any "punt" dates when a contact will be signed!
