I would hazard a guess that the selling is infact finished but the directors are smart enough not to paint themselves into a position where they cant sell any shares at all for the next few months. If he comes out with an announcement saying selling has completely finished and then realises he needs to sell some more in a week or a month, what happens then?

It was also good to note that he has retained around 10 million more shares than he started with before the excersise of options. Nobody here can whinge about director selling when he has added 10 million to his kitty in the last 3 months!
