I also have taken up past offers, and will not be partaking again. This is a vote of no confidence in management for basically 2 reasons.
A couple of months ago I rang the coy concerned about insufficient funds, and talked to senior management about my concerns(Bus Dev Mgr whom you would think would have some knowledge on the subject). I was clearly told that the last raising was to take us through to cash flow and production, and therefore there would be no need for any further raisings. On that basis I contiued to hold unfortunately. FAIL
Secondly, from my past experiences and observations, any coy dealing with "La" have all suffered from dilution as prices seemed to drift lower for conversions, and overall, the results for shareholders was to their detriment. FAIL
Management FAIL. Not for me.
