Looks like a 'why wasn't I told letter' from ASX ... not unlike a speeding ticket. A couple of observations ...
The ASX query is date 6 May 2011;
The company's response looks IMO fairly defensive ...
Interesting to see whats next . Immediately pre release some movement in the bid stack which may or may not be related.
