I think something that is not that well understood is that CFCL has market ready products that have been tested by many different entities, and their efficiency and degradation rates have always performed at or above specifications.
What the utilities are doing with bluegens and the cMHP units now is testing how they will mesh into their systems and what advantages having them embedded in the grid brings.
So when you read that another entity is testing or evaluating a Bluegen or a MCHP product they are not testing the product per say the are testing how best to implement it.
