It certainly does not behave in the manner you would expect. The numbers are very attractive and the project sits in a stable/encouraging area of the world......so on to the funding now.
The capital expenditure is more than most anticipated but the economics justify it, once funding is secured and the numbers support this happening then steadily upward from here i believe. But not in a straight line !
