    I dont think any payment on this initial contract would be enough to stop more dilution? makes PNG MAUL look badly needed as a sort of part bridge funding till further news on MPM-NLWS in Q4 and then some if indeed MST win the contract let alone payment if successfull.
    If this is the big news for AGM then I'm not all that impressed.
