This was a very rushed and Im sure I could have done a better job...but it felt good just to send it anyway.

Formal writing isn't my forte :)..well it takes me along time anyway.
There's some stuff I probably shouldn't have mentioned like the tax side..but meh...I feel better..that's all that counts. Better than sitting on my hands watching this parasite called WNI.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

As a shareholder of Brockman Resources I am extremely concerned with the current takeover bid by Wah Nam International Holdings.

It would appear to me and others than WNI have used "associated" offshore to warehouse shares in Brockman Resources in order to then transfer them to WNI in acceptance of their ongoing takeover bid for BRM.

Brockman Resources stated yesterday that only .12% of the current acceptances by WNI have been received from Australian based shareholders with the remainder received from off shore investors.

I am amazed that our regulartory bodies will sit idle and watch this transfer of shares occur which in turn will give BRM shareholders a worthless script offer of WNI shares.

If WNI is successful in their takeover bid of Brockman Resources through the illegal transfer of shares from associates (which should be investigated ), this will set the precedent for other off shore companies to circumnavigate our laws in order to take over Australian assets.

If the WNI takeover of BRM is successful, what is to stop them from mining and selling Iron Ore back to China for a loss thereby foregoing any tax to the Australian government? Indeed you can't run a business at a loss forever but Im sure they would be "compensated" by other means unbeknown to the Australian government.

I think Australian shareholders of Brockman Resources have felt let down by the regulartory bodies that are meant to safeguard our investments and Australian assets by not taking this issue of WNI's takeover seriously.

Australian shareholders clearly do not want this takeover to go ahead, at least in its current script form. I urge you to please look at the conduct of Wah Nam International Holdings in how and where they have received their acceptances, for if this succeeds it will open the backdoor to takeovers that bypass Australian laws.

    Thank you for your time.

    Regards
