Its an approx 70mill Mcap entity.... with nothing. It wants what we could potentially have.
The fact that SDL are releasing this now shows they must not see financing nearby... more of a watch this hand while the other does something else.
SDL would not approach LEG... LEG would approach SDL. SDL have chosen to firm this agreement by producing something to market, which really would not have taken a great deal of effort, relative to other things which are currently being developed/discussed.
I am a glass half empty person and still hold SDL. But i dont see this as a significant event at all.
