Before the announcement of the TO offer the stock was trading in the nines, then came the TO offer, then the earthquake, then the false panic regarding nationalisation, now the strategic withdrawal of CGNPC. But the initial TO valuation has been made already of over 9 bucks for Extract - 7 is therefore very good buying IMO.
