My God, now we have people analysing whether our MD could have put 1 hour to better use? You don't know how long this LOI took to put together, you don't know the circumstances in which the MD talked to the people from LEG. It could have been a phone call while in transit, it could have been an after hours meeting, it could have been a discussion over the weekend. It could have been discussed when possible strategic partners were unable to continue discussions with GC. Honestly, you have to wonder sometimes. Let them do their jobs.
