    At the moment this offer is all BS, until we get a firm Bid that is either hostile or accepted by the board then we really have speculation only.

    As we will not get a hostile offer (due to the 65% shareholder) we can only wait on a board recommended offer.

    My guess is that it is worth waiting for the Board recommendation,
