Your posts seem to be a bit harsh, get up on the wrong side of the bed ?
Or are you hopeing to drive home some negativity in the view of picking up those shares your still wanting ?
Im sure management have done this with full consideration of the options, surely they want them converted and therefore the raising must be at a good price.
