Goodaye Gassed, if ICN win the court case, and BPT is deemed not to have a j/v interest in ATP855 and thus not the Operator, then I will bet that we will certainly see BPT come back and negotiate another deal.
Without a doubt, Beach sees its future in shale gas in C/B.
ATP855 is right in the guts of their plans.
This is big time stuff, and Beach is playing for keeps.

I reckon we will see that JV with BPT, its simply a question of "when", and on what terms.

(plus I suspect there are also egos involved here as well)
