why can't it keep going down?
World HRC coil prices have stabilised at about $739usd, but if there is any further weakness BSL could drop to $1.40
Management and the board appear to be like a rabbit on the road that is frozen in the headlights. They do not know what to do and if they are not careful, they and the company may get splattered.
