Sorry but I am absolutely staggered
Either the board is incompetent for not knowing the true value of the company or KPMG is wrong in its valuation
Either way the report should be released Obviously they are not legally bound to or are they ?
Would a FOI application be possible
My conclusion is that this board has not kept shareholders fully informed
The only question is why ?
