that makes my skin crawl I actually know the person who started the above VERY well.
It is also worth noting they never really had a job or at least they left it young 20s to be an "entrepeneur" putting on dance parties did well and lost all their money and went bankrupt (and a bit crazy)- they also smoked whatever etc for a long time
then 20 yrs later surprise surprise they have no money and are bitter - they also live in melbourne where they could have bought 20yrs ago at bargain prices
Now they relish in peoples investments lowering (through hard work)
i agree property is unsustainable - but when laziness is to do with resentment I think its off ?
