Someone has either just sold or bought 45million shares which is over 10% of the company this morning.

Substantial shareholder notice will reveal all in the next couple of days.

The only negative sign was that it was done at a reasonably significant discount. If it was someone trying to gain control you'd expect they wouldnt have paid such a discount.
