You keep saying there was a shareholder vote and the majority
voted for the scheme I donnt recall a shareholder vote
When was this done and what were the results?
All I recall is that the board recommended the scheme to share holders and from memory it was done pretty quickly
I think people might be generous in suggesting the board is incompetent
