This just in from David:
'We understand your points and whilst I can not discuss any detail our board is discussing the company?s capital position shortly and as required we will update the market.'
With the payments received back in April that were owed the Company as outlined in the latest Quarterly plus the Cash at hand they had enough to repay the entire 21m dollars of the Notes loan, also they will be cashflow positive from here in. So what will they do? Surely full Notes dilution is already factored in at this price, also uncertainty has been killing the stock?
St 11.5c the market cap is barely 40m dollars, wonder what is the p/e ratio on this stock?
