Management is under no obligation to inform the forum that a poster has been restricted. Management is also under no obligation to enter into any correspondence with other forum posters about the restriction of a poster.
I can see you haven't moderated a forum. If you have you wouldn't be wasting your time wanting a public forum debate when a poster is restricted.
You may have already wasted enough time with that poster.
