Well I actually cant believe it did get this low. Sort of regretting holding onto the last 100k now. The good news: Spoke to agent down mandurah and the top end is starting to dry up with a lot of sales going through in the last month, so hopefully those tacky little boxes will go next. The worry is if they dont sell i cant see them coming up with the money to pay back the bank. I dont remember when they have to come up with it but i believe its soon.
