You are correct , the JH Block 13 'pad' looks to have been designed for immediate production ... being 1 vertical and 2 directional drills from the same surface 'point'.
Couple up the delivery hose and where pumping into an NG market at USD7.20 per mcf (up +50c last week) thats about 3 times what gas earns in OZ !

Of course the above is best case scenario.. DYOR
