That's my view Moz, hold because they want 90% and will need to offer cash to get it. They have over 50.1% but won't become official until next week.
With a BRM and FRS tie up, I wonder if their intention is to get FRS DSO to market first to pay for BRM's beneficiation plant.
I also expect that CRM will build a railway and sell excess capacity to FMG and others. I don't see how BRM and FRS will be able to use maximum capacity.
Today, WNI and its backers showed what happens when they get peeved with BRM's uncooperativeness, dump and force the SP down to scare holders into selling.
If WNI are really in it to make money, I'm OK with their major stakeholder status, but I'm not certain that that is their goal.
