I believe it is entirely reasonable for all unhappy share holders to email Ian, sooner than later, about our concerns. I like your paragraph as a great 'template' RD. It is our option whether we use the template specifically, or make changes, or draft our own.
But if we don't like this proposal from Ian, we must respond.... otherwise: No Action, No change.
