I am not sure I can 'wait' much longer.

I am seriously considering obtaining a copy of the share register with a view to contacting shareholders regarding the removal of some or all of the current directors and the election of suitable replacements.

The current Top 20 may reveal some possible candidates.

I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel considering the ongoing failure to return any value to shareholders and repeated statements about the 'advanced' stages of negotiations with JV partners etc. with nothing coming to fruition in a reasonable time.

I just can't see why the stated negotiations (assuming they still exist) are taking so long when many other JV's are negotiated in a matter of months at worst.

Either the company's assets are flawed in some way that is not 100% transparent, or there is a genuine inability within the board to make reasonable progress or finalise ANY deal to advance the financial position of this company.

Something more drastic needs to be done in this instance.
