Just because there is evaluation of the share price by an entity, doesn't make it price sensitive and required to be released. There are hundreds of evaluations made by firms on companies each day, yet they are not obliged to release it to the market. We have to remember this simple fact; that the IER was intended to show whether or not it was in the best interests of SHs. The fact that everybody is annoyed about management's failure to release KPMG's evaluation is a separate question to the initial purpose of the IER. I don't know why everyone is so worried about it, just buy now while it is still extremely cheap!
