I don't entirely disagree oscar, but just reserving my judgement.

I think a lot of frustration here now, is due to the SP drop the last few days.
It worked so hard to push to the 14-15c range, then to even sustain some time at 15-16c range, and we all sat there thinking ~ OK all we need now is an announcement, where is it? come on ~ the opportunity will slip. and now we are back the 14-15 range.

The truth is the SP is governed by the company, not the company is governed by the share price (although it may be judged by the SP).
So they can't come out with an announcement because the SP can't hold for too much longer, they will annouce when they are ready. It can't be rushed or concocted.
Dissapointed yes, but the announcements will come, and probably in a rush.
