    "As i have said before QMN now have an Operations Manager."

    Pheonix, Can you expand on this appointment.I have missed this one somewhere.I realise that it may not have been announced anywhere.The last announced appointment was 29/1/2009 with the appointment of Max Tuesley as Chief Operations Officer who I am led to believe no longer holds this position.
    Do you know what the brief for the Operations Manager is.
