Padd what gets me is the corruption, when companies got taken over before a few years ago before share trading platforms like BOTs were not around, on rumor a stock would rally then the offer would come.These days on rumor the play around with the SP push it backwards pick there timing then make an offer way below what the company is really worth.
You can't tell me there is no back door deals done with board members to make sure they get top dollar.
Mean while all the these company CEO'S sing the same tune we are creating share holder wealth.Bla Bla Bla
