    I don't think so Lim.

    The SP movement right now is, I believe, conforming to the sentiment of the general SM environment especially on the Resources Sector.

    Usually on my experience, the shareholdings would be diluted if they allocate up to 50% of the ownership, and the value of our shareholdings would be affected on the same amount or degree, being the value diluted.

    The SP on a $ value may be higher (which would be consolidated as expected before the deal would be done). This is to allow for the numbers of Ordinary Shares being allocated for the Market Capitalisation of the whole SDL, "aligned with other IO companies", ie NOT another 2.5-B shares approx. 'on top' of the current level now for the new Partner.

    So my take is that, there would be consolidation of shares, before the deal is carried out.
