For Garatau to be fifth largets as our friends Xstrata claim, when do we need to commence mining/mine construction? I would expect a claim like this (unlikely to be BS) to give a real timeline for when mining would commence and therefore preceeding events such as striking a JV deal? Anyone have any ideas?

Im holding oppies and getting nervous. Anywone spoken to NKWE yet re the expiry date? When I spoke to them in December upon suspension they said they expected the suspension would be lifted before expiry and if not they would extend the expiry. I dont know if they meant they would be extended if they came out of suspension, as they have.
