What the hell are you going on about. Issue more shares??
Its a buy out of minority holders not a capital raising....

China company A says to GoldOne, hey we like your business and potential. We have lots of dollars to grow this business into a wolrd class leader in gold production. We are also going to float in China and will have access to even more billions. We are thinking - let us buy out all minority shareholders to so we can have a contolling interest in the company. We plan to de-list and run the company as an entity of our new Chines listed company. Now directors in return we wont buy you out but give you equivilant shares in new Chinese company and seats on the board - and carry on running GOld one as is.
