(Item 7) of the Corporations Act and for all other purposes, approval be
given for PT Bayan Resources TBK to acquire a relevant interest in voting
Shares in the Company through the issue of 1,925,000 Shares to PT Bayan
Resources TBK and as a result for PT Bayan Resources TBK and its Associates
to acquire a voting power in the Company to up to 56.05% on the terms
and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying this
Notice.?
