All this is true for "peer reviewed science" to the extent that, among many other things of course:
- the peers are independent of the author,
the peer are actually familiar with every aspect of the work being peer reviwed including and indepth working knowledge of all scientific and other mathematical/statistical procedures employed
- the peer does not have a similar or opposite "pre-determined-bias" as the author
- the author makes all normally-made-public-for-outside-scrutiny-and-checking aspects of his research available to the wider scientific community for validation and in depth checking


Now, your cult approved publications fail the criteria for "peer-review" in many if not all of the above simple and incomplete list... This has been well documented and some more googling will turn this up for you
As a small hint to get you started:
google for climate-gate which is a mass of emails released by a corageous whistle-blower to expose the corruption of the AGW cultists and their pretence of a scientific process to push their politicised science and the cultists agenda.

By attacking politicized "science" as is the AGW cult "so-called" science, I defend the scientific process and all brached of science that apply the scientific process rather than a distorted political agenda driven "pseudo-science" such as pushed by the AGW cultists...

The rest of my answer follows along the same lines as the above... somehow you seem unable to understand that your AGW cult is the bulk of the "science" they use to justify the deconstruction and de-industrialization of our communities is driven by a political agenda...

It is not science... it is the abuse of science to achieve a political agenda...

A refusal to see common sense and the incorrect framing of your perspective is one proof of a cultists mentality that seems to have been implanted deeply in you...
