How does a company market itself with identifying the strenght of it knowledge and experience base by revealing who the directors are.

If none of the above is know or revealed to share holders then this is a $50 million dollar handshake and we would have every reason to feel that full disclosure is required.

How can we stop this or get more info when we don't have a controlling number of votes?

Surely Bayan will want to know who KRL is issuing these shares to unless there Jedi Knights too?

Surely that is a typo of the 380,000,000 shares is an error or there options?, that $ amount is rediculous.
