Thanks for your clarification even though I am sure I understood fully what you posted and agree to an extent. I do understand your reasoning.

I probably didn't make myself clear in that I strongly feel, any possible dilution will be well an truly absorbed by post funding SP growth, as we all know that the funding is the key to unlocking this project, therefore allowing the forecasted economics of the project to come to fruition.

We all know the future potential earnings.

I suppose my simplistic way of seeing this is that no funding with dilution may very well equal no project. Not for certain but a definite possibility.

I would much prefer dilution and being able to maintain my holding than to get a decent Take over now. I am here for the years of growth down the track not the short term scenarios....even though the choice may not be ours.

I am sure our Board are working on the best possible outcome as they have financial interests far greater than most. And fortunately their business skills and minds are far superior to mine!
