Just to clarify for everyone. Analyst valuations have factored in the suggested 50%. They make it clear. The vals (ex derisking) are coming in at the .70 - .85 level. If there was no JV, then one report suggest that the SP would be $1.20 ish. When we derisk the discounts to the vals will start to drop back. The 50% project JV has been spoken about for a long long time. This in not news. If it is, then the homework for investors must be scant. There is a lot more resource than 35 mt per year in them hills. The JV will get things going and get infrastructure happening. Key players here are the Cameroon and Congo govts who want a piece of infrastructure. Through SDL they will have it. I have a suspicion Avima will not be too far behind Legend Mining.
Things will come sooner than we think. End June looks good to me from here for partner/s announcement.
