I agree, however we are all a tad biased because we want a high offer.
Put yourself in the chinese shoes....you want to obviously pay the cheapest price....
If i was the chinese, i wouldnt offer much more than the 53c they got the 18% for....the market has never valued the company at the 60c + levels...so why would they ?
it will come down to how clever the major shareholders (and NF) have been in holding out ..lets hope they have !
