Hi 1trader,

I know you've done the research and will hold longer term to fully realise what MR et al are achieving here.

Posting is a bit of fun and a chance to share notes, research, etc with other like minded individuals.

It is truly not possible to influence the SP LT here on HC.

Personally I think that we're in for a choppy few months in the markets with early signs from the commodity markets (silver, oil, etc) of what will probably be a smack-down in the DOW closer to 30th June when QE2 ends (all helped along by the friendly people at Goldman who will, of course, make a truckload out of it).

BSM will suffer ST just like all the other resource sector stocks. Great buying op IMO.

BSM is still being considered a scavenger by many due to its small. poddy polymetalic deposits.

What I like, however, is that they have a $100m mill, are generating positive cashflows (I expect Jun Q will be cash flow positive) and have a very good resource in the tailings dam just ready to go.

By having the mill and positive cash flow they will (if they want) be able to BUY a resource if need be. There are many explorers firming up deposits around Tassie that are cash strapped and I have talked to MR and it is economic to truck polymetalic ore anywhere in Tassie to Hellyer mill.

For example look at the resource that FNT is drilling or what VMS is doing - amongst many others.

This ignores that BSM may in fact find its own 'elephant' at any of Fossey East, Switchback, Lake Margaret, Mt Charter, etc.

Whilst BSM doesn't hold interest for those looking for an Olympic Dam kind of punt, IMO, it will plug away and be a very profitable mining company, growing steadily over the coming decade and rewarding us with some very nice returns over that time...

... but then of course you are already well aware of this 1trader.
