agree warnie - wonder how many of our HC bulls would concur? Thing is, there are many many 20-something wannabe property magnates out their without much of a clue. I have 2 in my workplace. A third one I saw reading a book called '150 properties in 5 years' - or something like that. He's evidently about to take the plunge, becuase he has known nothing else but great property times. It's a no brainer. They have never invested in the stock market - so don't have even a tiny clue as to how markets behave. They only go on what their parents and the MSM presstitutes have been telling them. Sadly, it's these types of 'investors' and the ridiculously lax bank lending that are going to seriously crash the market. Oh yeah - their parents are loan guarantors too....
