I don't know why the "amount for revaluation of assets" should not be included in the "underlining" earning. I reckon it should.
But if that amount indeed should NOT be included in the 1H "underlining" earnings as you said, then it should ALSO NOT be included in last year(FY2010)'s "underlining" earning. If we excluded both from the 1H this year and the whole year, then I reckon the 2H "underlining" eps should be even less than what I have got - 7c.
