Thanks for your note and interest in our company.

Yes the share price performance is disappointing, but then all of the market in the past 7 weeks has been very disappointing reverting to levels of 12 months ago, so clearly BSM has been affected by that. However ? on top of that there is clearly some Bass factor which also pushing the price perhaps a bit further (down). There may be some level of ?protest? about the capital raising ? though I must say most of the feedback (not all of it) has been positive or a general pessimism with commodity prices falling, end of FY and some operational challenges for us ? have motivated people to cash out ? many investors have seen their invest double or triple over the past 12-18 months.

Not sure I understand your question re ?news that we have been unaware of yet?? ? I consider that the market is fully informed on all aspects of our operations both positive and negative. Indeed the recent ASX release and Presentation to the TMC Forum I consider to be a pretty good example of that. I think the major targets for the rest of this Qtr have been well spelt out -simply, get the next phase of the HMP production up and cash flow positive, keep drilling and get those Gold recovery testwork results so that we can focus the Feasibility study process.

I have been an investor with BSM for over a month, recently i have seen the stock fall excessively with no significant news since the capital raising, is there any news that we have been unaware of yet?
