    Hi barrelnut the company I am holding is BAO.It probably would not fit your criteria.It is a reit with a NTA of 13c.Brookfields have 61% after a share issue at 5c reducing debt.Brookfields may do a full takeover on BAO.My strategy is that if they were willing to buy in at 5c I am willing to buy in.If they do a takeover I would think they would offer above 5c.If they don't the shares could move towards 6c and there is your return.
